Teaching Salon Company
​At Salon C our company culture is rooted in kindness, support, work-life balance and growing people for a living.
Our teaching starts within our team through our associate program and then goes beyond our stylists to teach you exactly how to do your hair. We aim to meet you in whatever season of life you are in. Whether you have negative 5 minutes to get ready or have more than an hour at your disposal, we want to teach you how you can achieve the looks you desire!

What you can expect throughout our hair date together:

Full consultation: discovering exactly what your beauty routine is and the time you have while discussing your hair goals

Beauty Budget Conversation: we strive to be completely transparent and this it to make sure that our time together is enjoyable from when we start to the moment you walk out our door.

Services: will be performed during our reservation to help guide you to or to achieve the hair journey that you and your stylist have created together

Products and Tools: will be recommended based on the path created by you and your stylist to accomplish your hair goals. You will be taught tips and tricks on how to use the products and tools to minimize your hair frustrations and maximize your everyday look

Maintenance Schedule: will be recommended by your stylist to get you closer to and or to maintain your hair goals

Every Stylist at Salon C works on a level system. The salon level system accomplishes two main goals. The first is to provide a career path of growth and achievement for our team. The second is to provide several options for your various service needs. Stylists achieve level promotions based on the demand for their time not the years worked within our company.

We want you to have the flexibility to choose the level that best fits your needs and your budget. The training our team receives is aggressive, consistent, innovative, and in-depth. It starts from the moment they are hired within our associate program and continues through their entire career with us.
