Cancellations
We kindly request a 24 hour notice for reservations to be cancelled and rescheduled. It allows the opportunity for our stylists to potentially fill that reservation time with another guest.
A repeat offender of last minute cancellations after 24 hours will be required to place a 50% non-refundable deposit in order to make their next reservation.
I'm running late...
We understand that life happens! We do allow a 10 minute grace period after the start of your scheduled reservation. After our 10 minute grace period we do have to reschedule.
Deposits
We get so excited when you choose us to be a part of your hair journey!
As a new guest when you get a service of over 2.5 hours with us we require a 50% non refundable deposit. Your deposit goes towards your final ticket price. If you need to reschedule that deposit will move with you as long as you reschedule with a 24 hour notice!
Retweaks
We want you to love your hair and sometimes hairs can get crossed. We know that it can feel awkward and be a hard conversation to have. We ask that you let us know about what you aren't loving so we can adjust that for you. We offer a retweak policy allowing guests to revisit within 7 days of their original reservation with the stylist that performed the service for any necessary adjustments. We believe that hair styling is both an art and a science, and sometimes minor tweaks may be needed to achieve the desired look.
