Cancellations

We kindly request a 24 hour notice for reservations to be cancelled and rescheduled. It allows for our stylists to fill that reservation time with another guest. A repeat offender of last minute cancellations after 24 hours will be put on our same day booking list. Same day booking allows guests to only book the day of their desired service.

I'm running late...

We understand that life happens! We do allow a 10 minute grace period after the start of your scheduled reservation. After our 10 minute grace period we do have to reschedule.

Deposits

We get so excited when you choose us to be a part of your hair journey!

As a new guest when you get a service of over 2.5 hours with us we require a 50% non refundable deposit. Your deposit goes towards your final ticket price. If you need to reschedule that deposit will move with you as long as you reschedule with a 48 hour notice!
