Our interview process for stylists is as follows: 

  1. Initial Interview (get to know each other)

  2. 90min shadow time followed by 2nd Interview (see a day in the life, get to know the team and ask in depth questions about our associate program, career path and pay structure

  3. 2nd 90min shadow time and final interview (meet more team members, ask about stylists journeys and how it is to work at Salon C, see if we are the vibe for you and ask any final lingering questions)

  4. If its a good fit on both sides we will email you an offer letter and then upon accepting we will set up your customized education plan at Salon C!
